1. Membership Eligibility
Membership in Kenya in Egypt Association (KIEA) is open to all Kenyan citizens residing, studying, or working in the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as spouses and registered dependents. Members agree to uphold peace, mutual respect, and legal compliance with Egyptian laws.
2. Welfare Fund & Bereavement Payout Terms
Welfare assistance, Last Respect Cover payouts, and emergency medical relief are governed by the executive board rules. Members must maintain an active subscription status and provide verifiable medical or embassy documentation to qualify for bereavement payouts.
3. Subscription Refunds
Membership dues, shares contributions, and Last Respect Cover subscriptions are non-refundable after processing, as funds are allocated immediately into the community emergency liquidity pool.
4. Code of Conduct & Suspension
Any member engaging in fraud, defamation, or illegal activities that jeopardize the community or diplomatic relations between Kenya and Egypt may face immediate suspension of membership privileges following executive board review.
